Four things never change
One team, not three vendors
The food, the tent and the decoration are all ours. When a setup runs late there is one person accountable for fixing it rather than three companies explaining whose fault it was.
Uniformed service staff
Our teams turn out in full uniform — white bandhgalas and safas for the service line, black for the bar. You can see them in the photographs on this site; none of it is stock.
We bring our own equipment
Brass chafing dishes, buffet counters, glass and mirrored display counters, tentage, seating, covers and the mobile bar. A venue with nothing but a lawn is workable.
Vegetarian and non-vegetarian
The card published on this site is our vegetarian menu because that is the card we print. We cater non-vegetarian too — ask and we will send that list across.
