A wedding is not one event, it is four or five events wearing the same clothes. The haldi wants a lawn and a lot of yellow. The sangeet wants a stage, a dance floor and a sound system. The reception wants a buffet that can feed everyone before the speeches start.
Running those as separate contracts is how things go wrong — the tent people finish late, so the decorator starts late, so the food goes out late, and every one of them tells you it was somebody else’s fault.
We do the catering, the tent, the lighting and the decoration ourselves. When something slips, it is our problem to solve and there is one person to call about it.
What we need in order to quote
The dates and the functions, roughly how many guests at each, the venue if you have picked one, and whether you want veg only or veg and non-veg. That is enough for a first conversation. Build a menu on the menu page and send it over and we can be a good deal more specific.
