This is the half of the business the name refers to — Bittu Caterers & Tent House. If your function is on a lawn, a terrace, a farmhouse or the ground outside your own home, everything else depends on this going up properly.
We put up the tent, drape it, floor it, light it, and fill it with tables, chairs and covers. Then we take it all down again afterwards.
The question worth asking
Ask any tent house how early they arrive. The honest answer for a lawn function is usually the day before — a shamiana of any size is not a morning’s work, and a team that promises to build it in three hours on the day is a team that will still be tying panels while your guests are walking in.
