The performance half of an evening has requirements the dinner half does not: a stage at the right height, light pointed at the people on it, a floor that is level, and seating arranged so the back row can see.
It also has a running order, and the food has to fit around it. Serving a buffet in the middle of a performance empties the seats; serving it too late means people leave hungry. We plan the two together because we are doing both.
The one thing to settle early
Who is running sound. If you are bringing your own DJ or sound team, tell us at the booking stage so the stage and power are built around their setup rather than reworked on the day.
