A row of hammered brass chafing dishes set along a buffet counter

Our printed Royal Vegetarian Wedding Menu runs to a hundred and thirty-five dishes across seventeen sections — and you are not expected to take all of it. Use the menu builder to tick what you actually want, section by section, and send the list straight to us on WhatsApp. We will come back to you on quantities, counters and the quote.

The banner outside our office says veg and non-veg, and that is accurate. The menu published on this site is the vegetarian card, because that is the card we print. Ask us for the non-vegetarian list and we will send it across.

How the food is organised

The menu is built the way the meal is actually served. Welcome drinks and starters while people arrive; the chaat, soup and salad counters running alongside; then the grand main course with its gravies, dals, rice and breads; then the dessert, hot and cold stations at the end.

Some items are cooked in front of your guests rather than carried out of a kitchen — the pizza and pasta counters, chole bhature, the tawa roti and paratha counter, live jalebi with rabri and live gulab jamun. Those are marked Live on the menu page.

A few dishes are marked Seasonal, and we mean it: sarson ka saag with makki ki roti, gajar halwa and ghewar depend on the time of year. If your date falls outside the season we will tell you when you enquire, not on the day.
